E.g each having a separate mailbox. In our company we replaced a lot of e-mail message by electronic workflows. All in one connected environment. In such an environment it is easy to see whether your message was read, handled upon ('called prospect and agreed....'), or re-assigned to another colleague. I would argue that 'ack' is only necessary in exceptions: 'the prospect was contacted, but did not result in any followup'. <BR/>regards,Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
