More things customers hate companies for

Customers also hate companies that:

  • make the premium-service cancellation process difficult (watch out, LinkedIn)
  • create lengthy, onerous, inscrutable end-user licenses you must accept before downloading software (you may not use iTunes to operate a nuclear facility or navigate an aircraft. Honest, it's right there in the license!)
Haven't these companies heard how powerful the net promoter score is? (You can find a brief definition of net promoter score here.)
