you might want to check out what can be done with reviews. I tried to write a review. I could create it and preview it, but there was no way to save or enter it.
Registering for Forrester didn't help. Well, it helps them but it doesn't help entering reviews.
Or maybe I'm just confused...

Andy, another reader was able to leave a review without registering or encountering problems. So whatever happened with yours appears to be a transient issue...
